Submissions for our journal are currently closed

The Creighton Law Review is no longer accepting submissions for issue 3 of Volume 59, as this issue has been filled. Submissions received after December 14, 2025, will be considered for publication in Issue 1 of Volume 60. We will begin reviewing and slating articles for this issue in April 2026.

For Authors

The Creighton Law Review welcomes submissions of articles for publication consideration. All submitted articles will be reviewed.

Articles should be typed (double or single spaced) and include footnotes in accordance with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass’n et al. eds., 19th ed. 2010). Please submit your articles in Microsoft Word format or through Scholastica’s system.
